Who am I? A passionate about music, space and cars, with a penchant for computers. Always interested in new topics, with an endless desire to learn and understand the world around us! What are my skills? Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Science, Technology, Health, Engineering Sciences, I have also developed through my professional experiences the skills of team and partners management, project management, and a rigorous technical expertise. I am comfortable with B2B and international environments, and also with tight deadlines, stress management and teamwork in transversal fields. How do I utilize my skills? I place my skills at the service of Surgiris, a global supplier of medical devices. Reporting to the General Manager, my responsibility is to structure and animate the Customer Service. This comes with defining the after sales strategy, supervising processes, documentation and tools useful to our technicians, performing technical trainings, and last but not least giving feedback to product and quality management to ensure continuous improvement of our products. My personal goal? Reaching the highest availability rates of our products, to allow our healthcare professionals to take care of our loved ones! 🤝 What are my human qualities? My professional experiences have allowed me to develop my ability to listen to and support our customers, to learn how to manage conflicts, and to negotiate contracts. I have also learned to be flexible, to connect people from different departments (sales, R&D, quality, production, IT) in order to overcome daily challenges related to our activity.
