About Guillermo Algieri

Human Resources professional with over 7 years of experience in generalist HR roles and as an HR Business Partner, managing full-cycle HR processes including personnel administration, labor relations, organizational culture, and talent acquisition. Currently transitioning into People Analytics, combining my strong HR foundation with analytical tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP HR to enhance data-driven decision-making. I bring a human-centric yet analytical approach: I deeply understand HR challenges and how data can solve them. I've begun building dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover, performance, absenteeism, and engagement. I’m looking to grow in roles that combine HR strategy and people data, where I can deliver insights that support smarter and more impactful talent decisions.
