About Guillermo Oconnor

As an Interferometry Business Developer at VENG S.A, I work with the Sub-Management of Services Based on Satellite Information to provide innovative and customized solutions for various sectors, such as mining, construction, agriculture, and environment. I have over three years of experience in this role, and I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills in GIS, Remote Sensing, Python, and Interferometry SAR to create value for our clients and partners. I hold a Magister in Spatial Information Applications from the National University of Córdoba, where I also obtained my degree in Surveying Engineering. During my postgraduate studies, I was a scholar at CONAE, the National Commission of Space Activities, and I proposed a thesis on Digital Elevation Models using Interferometry SAR from SIASGE data (SAOCOM and COSMO-SkyMed) for the Province of Santa Fe (Argentina). I also had the opportunity to do an internship at the Scientific Research Unit of the Italian Space Agency in Rome, where I learned from leading experts in the field. I am currently pursuing a Diploma in New Business Development at UCES, to enhance my skills in market analysis, feasibility assessment, budgeting, and strategy formulation.
