Over my 20 years of experience in the global Medical Device Molecular Diagnostics LifeSciences Biotech/Pharma industry I have demonstrated successfully the ability to tackle the impossible deliver lasting results and empower top talent to do the same. My education and work experiences span technology scientific and business disciplines with multiple roles showing my ability to integrate them into market leading / changing products. I have successfully led multiple large global R&D Engineering IT and Service organizations within multi billion dollar business units with responsibilities involving the full product lifecycle from research through development and commercialization as well as across diagnostic and therapeutic areas such as oncology immunological disorders cardiovascular diseases and among others. I have over 20 years of experience managing large cross-functional groups with strengths in establishing growing and optimizing organizations including the transformation of existing groups into high-functioning cross functional strategic teams. Additionally I have been recognized for my talent development skills and ability to drive superior business results while developing an effective and motivated workforce.
