Hi, I am Gülay. I am currently working as a Security Specialist and I love what a do. Throughout my career, I have worked on DLP, data classification and data discovery, and provided consultancy services to companies from different sectors on compliance with regulations. I continue to develop my expertise in these subjects continuously. My goal is to develop solutions that best meet the security needs of companies by rising to leadership positions and to become a professional specialized in the field of information security. By continuing to improve myself constantly, I am moving towards this goal. I define myself as a professional driven by a continuous desire to learn and who manages business processes systematically. In my work, I adopt a proactive approach focused on optimizing processes to achieve high-quality results. Thanks to my communication skills, I can collaborate effectively in my team work. Also, I think that I am a person who can find more creative solutions in business life because I care about approaching problems with a multi-faceted perspective. My bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Business have strengthened my analytical thinking and management skills. I apply these skills effectively in my professional life. I have also obtained the Security+ certification, which complements my skills and knowledge in cybersecurity.
