RESPONSIBILITIES • Entire responsibility of pre-engineering, detailed engineering, software development, FAT, SAT, testing & troubleshooting of Project. • Preparation of project activity schedules and manage the resources, maintain hourly logging of engineering hours. Monitoring of the project documents preparation and approval at review meetings and ensure timely delivery of documents. Direct communication with clients, OEMs, vendors regarding the project documents. • Understanding the requirement of industrial application, technical and functional specification, details design specification & review P&I Diagrams, Cause and effect list, Control philosophy, develop the Software (PLC logic and SCADA) & design hardware, Internal testing, Conducting the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) & Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). • Selection of PLC controller, IO modules, Special modules, Communication modules, VFD, Encoder, HMI, SCADA, MCBs, Relays, Isolation transformer and all other accessories. • Designing and estimation of IO list, power wiring, control wiring and instrumentation systems for Pump, Motor, Solenoid valve, Control Valve VFD and soft starter driven for various applications. • General Arrangement and wiring diagrams of the Relay/ PLC based Control panels, cable schedules, terminal schedules, ferrule schedules, Instrument BOM, cabling accessories BOM, Logic diagrams and control write-ups, etc. • Provide solution for turnkey Global projects. Attending the technical meetings with client, consultants, and third-party suppliers for technical discussions, & document approval process.
