I am a Mechanical Engineer specializing in vehicle dynamics and suspension systems with progressive experience in designing and integrating hydro-pneumatic shock absorbers. I have a strong background in heavy-duty military ground vehicles and a track record of successfully designing, developing, and applying shock absorbers. I actively contribute to my company's Quality Management System (QMS) and thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks with a calm and analytical approach. I am a strong team member, known for motivating others and communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and management. I hold clearances for the Controlled Goods Program and ITAR. With a Master's degree in Automotive and NVH and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, I possess a solid educational foundation. In my previous roles, I was responsible for the design, development, and engineering release of shock absorbers as suspension components. I managed supplier relationships, conducted validations, and ensured seamless integration at a system level. I also have experience in designing shock absorbers for military and commercial ground vehicles, providing technical support, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. I have achieved significant accomplishments, including streamlining supplier selection processes, developing internal programs for field testing, and improving legacy shock absorber performance. I am proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, PTC Creo, NX) and CAE tools (Ansys, floMASTER, STARCCM+). As an ISO internal auditor and with eligibility for P.Eng. registration, I am well-prepared to contribute to automotive product engineering.
