About Gulsimo Osimi

I am currently a Junior at Northwestern University, studying Computer Science, Statistics, and Data Science with a strong emphasis on Data Engeneering and Machine Learning. My journey into the world of technology began during my college years, and ever since, I have been on a continuous quest to deepen my knowledge, particularly in data-related domains, technologies, and the exciting world of machine learning. Along the way, I have had the privilege of gaining valuable experience through my summer automation and data analytics. Outside the classroom, I have always been driven by my passion for education. My extracurricular activities include serving as a peer mentor for the ASLA, assisting as a Teaching Assistant in the Statistics and Data Science departments, and contributing as a Data Intern at the SONIC lab. These experiences have enriched my understanding of both technology, data science, and machine learning, and I am excited to continue exploring the intersection of these fields. Beyond my enthusiasm for mastering programming languages, I have taken my passion for languages to a whole new level by becoming proficient in speaking five languages.
