I am an experienced technology professional with a strong background in Pega technologies, having spent more than 10 years building large-scale applications for a range of industries. My expertise extends beyond development and into system performance tuning for Pega, which enables me to deliver high-performance applications. With extensive experience in digital transformation especially in government/public sector industry, I have deep understanding of digital transformation and how it can provide organizations with end-to-end solutions that meet their unique needs. With cross-industry expertise ranging from banking and telecommunications to government/public sector, I have a broad perspective on technology's role in driving business outcomes. Over the course of my career, I have delivered multiple rounds of complex projects from inception to architecting to project delivery till operations. In addition to that, I also specialize in leading large-scale integration workstreams. This includes integrating more than 20 systems and 100 interfaces, which allows me to deliver end-to-end solutions. I have worked extensively in Java and have developed an advanced expertise in BPM and CRM domains, enabling me to provide holistic solutions that address both complex technical and business problems.
