About Gunilla Elmenius

As a child, my dream was to become a private investigator. The thrill in putting together jigsaw puzzles, seeing connections and patterns, looking for clues and finding solutions is something that still drives me today. As a certified coach I make great use of this ability, helping individuals and organizations to find their full potential and develop towards their goals. I have extensive experience working with projects and the setup around them. For example, I have managed product development and improvement projects, been responsible for project office, established and managed portfolio management and participated in several operational steering teams. The majority of assignments have been on a global scale which has been both stimulating and rewarding. I am well organized and like to understand the complete picture. Others find me patient and easy to work with, as well as firm when needed. I am also reliable, ensuring deadlines are met. My foremost strength is my ability to combine my logical and analytical thinking with my intuition and curiosity to find solutions. I believe process management is a good basis for improving the ways of working and streamlining. In the past I have had success with creating high performing teams.
