As Senior Manager Communications, I lead the communications department at Hays. I work closely and directly with the Senior Leadership Team (Managing Director and Board of Directors) on strategic and corporate initiatives, while also collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, both nationally and internationally. My responsibilities include- Shaping and managing our internal and external communications strategy- Overseeing all internal communications in close alignment with senior leadership- Reviewing and advising on external communications as a final quality checkpoint- Defining and safeguarding our brand identity, including tone of voice, visual style, and design approvals across all campaigns and materials- Supporting PR efforts with strategic content input- Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives as a member of the Hays EMEA DE & I Council- Collaborating with HR and leadership on employer branding projects - Leading the implementation of internal incentive and communication projects aligned with our strategic goals.
