Background

About Guowei Chen

I received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2017. I received my M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan, in 2020 and 2023, respectively. After Ph.D, I have been with Micron Technology, Kanagawa, Japan. My research interests include analog CMOS integrated circuits, energy-efficient interfaces, and memory circuit design. I was a recipient of the Solid-State Circuits Society Japan Chapter Academic Research Award in 2021, the Best Design Award at the ASP-DAC University Design Contest in 2022 and its Gold Prize in 2024, and the Best Paper Recognition for BioCAS track at ISCAS 2023. I was a co-recipient of the ICECS Young Professionals 2020 Best Paper Award and the Student Design Contest 1st Place Winner Award at the MWSCAS in 2022. My research works have been published in top integrated circuit design conferences and journals, including the Solid-State Circuits Letters (SSC-L), and the European Solid-State Circuits Conference (ESSCIRC).
