I am a technology leader specializing in electronic trading platforms, market infrastructure, and exchange-mandated regulatory initiatives in Japan. Over the years, I’ve owned the end-to-end delivery and stability of mission-critical trading systems, spanning business analysis, program execution, architecture reviews, and production risk management. I am known for leading high-risk go-lives and crisis situations, including exchange additions, regulatory rollouts, and global code changes where failure would directly impact client flow, market access, or firm reputation. A key part of my role has been franchise-level ownership — coordinating across business, QA, development, network, and global stakeholders to identify hidden risks early and ensure zero post-production disruption. I have managed and mentored multi-location teams across Japan and India, and regularly engage with senior management on delivery risk, regulatory interpretation, and platform resilience.
