As a Department Manager at Walmart Canada, I lead and motivate a team of associates to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency. I also oversee the inventory, merchandising, and financial performance of my department, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. I have been in this role since November 2022, and I have successfully increased sales, customer satisfaction, and employee retention in my department.
