I am a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically in solar power. Over the course of my 10 years of career, I have built a strong repertoire of skills in conceptualizing, building, sustaining, and analyzing processes, performance analysis, and team empowerment. Currently, I serve as a Manager-Asset Management with BluPine Energy. One of my core strengths is developing strategies for driving excellence, seamless execution of strategic plans with an inclusive approach, and building a high-performance team. I also supervise day-to-day maintenance activities, troubleshoot problems, and analyze production reports to improve the plant's performance. I ensure that the project is on track by identifying reasons for slow progress, matching plans with actual work done, and ensuring timely closure of gaps. I have hands-on experience executing large MW scale solar projects and analyzing PV systems such as tracker, seasonal, and fix-tilled solar PV technology.
