My career path has given me exposure to diverse industries — from automotive manufacturing (Daebu Automotive) to global BPM firms (Genpact, Infosys BPM) — and now, I’m proud to be part of Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Customer Administration Specialist.Throughout my career, I have worked extensively on Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless customer support. At Infosys BPM, I led a team of 23 members managing O2C/Q2C operations on Oracle Fusion ERP, where I was responsible for handling escalations, workflow optimization, and master data accuracy.
