About Gus Dooros

I pride myself on getting along well with others, and I believe I have a good rapport with people in general. I also believe I am a well rounded individual, who possesses a great deal of experience and knowledge as a teacher, with a broad coaching background in athletics. I have always stressed with the students and teams that I have had the privilege to work with, the importance of demonstrating high moral character, discipline, pride, hustle, desire, heart, and a will to succeed or win. I try to instill in the student/athletes who play for me a determination to play to the best of their ability, and to be the best they possibly can be. I believe I have the ability to spot someone's talents, and to put that person in a position to best use those talents. I believe these to be important qualities, and it is these qualities which lead me to believe that I am an excellent coach, and teacher. Nothing good, ever came from nothing. It takes hard work, organization, dedication, effort, and cooperation to be successful. I believe I bring these qualities to everything I do.
