Navigating the addiction healthcare space requires a blend of empathy, curiosity, and business acumen. My journey with American Addiction Centers has been a testament to this – spanning admissions and business development to digital marketing and leadership. With a foundation in Organizational Leadership and Psychology from Lipscomb University, I bring a distinct perspective that combines clinical expertise with robust business strategies. The core of my passion? Witnessing the transformation of individuals grappling with Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Every interaction becomes a chance to catalyze positive change – not just for them, but also for the countless lives they touch. My tenure has seen me perform a range of duties, from spearheading training on call center processes to personally guiding over individuals into treatment. Currently, as a Junior Navigator Manager, I'm entrusted with cross-functional coordination, harnessing Salesforce's capabilities, and providing invaluable admissions counseling. As I journey towards counseling licensure (LADAC) in 2024, I remain firm in my mission: to widen the gates to quality treatment, foster improved outcomes, and amplify opportunities for those rebounding from SUD.
