I have more than 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to ensure that construction activities and products comply with project specifications and standards while prioritizing safety awareness. My expertise lies in various aspects of QA/QC, including implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), applying Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), handling Requests for Inspection (RFI), managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and preparing/reviewing QC reports. Additionally, I am well-versed in interpreting and working with technical drawings and documents such as General Arrangement Drawings, Assembly Drawings, Welding Maps, Detail Drawings, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PID), Isometric Drawings, and Management of Change (MOC). Performing various mechanical inspections, including welding inspections, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), piping inspections, Welder Qualification Tests (WQT), material inspections, coating/painting inspections, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and civil inspections. Furthermore, I have participated in commissioning activities such as hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, nitrogen purging and leak testing, flange management, and start-up. Moreover, I possess several certifications and qualifications, including CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector, B4T Welding Inspector, ASNT NDT Level II for RT/MT/PT, ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor and familiar with applicable industry codes and standards such as AWSD 1.1, ASME B31.3, ASME IX, ASME V, API 1104, API 598, etc.
