Background

About Gusta Aditya

I am a professional with over 7 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, and operational management, particularly in the manufacturing industry and industrial spare parts needs. My experience includes managing sales teams, controlling branch operations, and handling large-scale tenders for national companies. Throughout my career, I have proven my ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, lead teams with targeted coaching, and build sustainable business relationships with industrial customers. On the operational side, I manage end-to-end processes such as invoicing, petty cash, warehouse control, budgeting, and forecasting, including monitoring customer payments and improving inventory accuracy. I have been involved in various strategic projects, such as winning procurement contracts, doubling sales of Timing Pulleys & Conveyor Belts, and winning the Best Sales Award in 2019 & 2020. The combination of sales and operational experience gives me the ability to view business processes holistically and make measurable, results-oriented decisions. I am currently open to collaboration opportunities, professional discussions, and career opportunities aligned with the Sales, Operations, or Technical Sales fields in the manufacturing, engineering, and industrial spare parts distribution industries.
