About Gustav Ekstrand

10 years within Supply with SAP as the main tool at Ericsson and a Logistics Master's degree from KTH has only given me the urge to learn more about Logistics & Supply Chain Management, because there's so much more to learn from other businesses and especially from other professionals and colleagues. It's very similar to my motorbike adventures all over Europe each summer : it's the journey that counts not really the destination - working with Supply is a never ending journey because there's no real destination when talking flow efficiency, it's always a question of high service level or low cost. Work should be fun! We spend many hours of our lives at work and then we all should enjoy it. This is my philosophy. With enjoying work I mean facing demanding challenges and solving them together within the team, and doing so of course seriously but not too serious i.e have some humor and everything will go much smoother and get rid of all the energy draining tasks/feelings or at least don't make them focus of your work. Focus on what makes you and your colleagues work better together.
