About Gustavo Bartolini

In my 25 years of experience in management consulting, I have supported the transformation of major national and international companies with increasingly significant responsibilities over groups of professionals. I have always inspired them to leave tangible marks with their actions and fostered the desire to go beyond what is already known. Starting with an extensive and deep background in finance, business planning, and controlling, I developed strong skills in campaign management, sales enhancement, and performance management. I then combined these with major transformation projects in customer management, both B2B and B2C, bringing market evolutions in relationship models and the increasingly integrated use of traditional and digital contact channels, in go-to-market strategies, sales, and management. Key sectors in my journey include those with high market access such as Telco, Media, Retail, and Luxury. Over time, I have been a lecturer at prestigious management schools where I discovered a passion for sharing my experience and the joy of seeing it grow and be put into practice. I am positive and passionate about my work, which has granted me the fortune of having a sort of extended family, partly at BIP and partly around the world.
