It was an intense learning experience in pressure-driven leadership, crisis management, and navigating uncertainty with accountability. I’m also the father of a 4-year-old boy — arguably my greatest challenge and most rewarding source of growth. Parenthood has taught me empathy, emotional balance, and the power of active listening — qualities that directly influence how I lead, negotiate, and connect with people. Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports and reading. I believe both the body and the mind must evolve together — and that consistency, in training and in life, is what truly drives results.
