About Gustavo Huerta

Senior technology executive with more than 30 years of experience leading IT operations, service management, IT governance, service delivery, and operational continuity across multinational, regional, and high-complexity environments throughout Latin America, North America, and global organizations. My career has been focused on integrating teams, services, and operational models after organizational changes, mergers, and transformation processes, building clearer, more sustainable, and business-aligned service structures. I specialize in IT Operations, IT Service Management (ITSM), Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Delivery, Operational Governance, Executive Reporting, Vendor Management, and cross-functional leadership between business, technology, providers, and support teams. I am recognized for bringing structure to complex environments, professionalizing IT services, reducing friction between teams, and improving execution standards without losing the human side of leadership. I believe strong operations are not built through control alone, but through clarity, accountability, trust, and respect for people. My leadership style is practical, direct, and focused on results—helping organizations move from reactive operations to disciplined, reliable, and sustainable service models.
