About Gustavo Varela

The official line: I’m a psychologist and Talent Development Professional. I also have a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and an International MBA. I have spent the entirety of my career preparing learners to explore and discover their future. The bottom line: I am constantly journeying towards an answer, engaging in new ideas, testing my talents, and venturing beyond the commonplace, the familiar, and the obvious. I have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. I do NOT believe in straight lines or beaten tracks. If you want to find me, I can always be found taking the long way around and, where two roads diverge, the one less traveled by. I believe that the future can only be built through creativity and innovation, and by reinventing how people manage themselves and collaborate with each other.
