Projects managed include small to large annual spend).Aside from technical skills and experience, I bring to the table a leadership style based on building trust and respect, and the ability to engage well and build rapport across all levels of seniority and technical background, with both internal and third party partners.HIGHLIGHTS: Delivering ongoing updates to LINZ flagship application, Landonline. • Managing all aspects of IT delivery for Shell New Zealand, including building relationships with local and international vendors. • Ensuring uninterrupted delivery of IT services & operations to SNZ, during both application support offshoring, and then the sale of SNZ to local owners. • Contributing to the design & build of two CRM applications for Shell Group, & subsequently IT project managing deployment in the Nordics.
