I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1982 and a broker since 1989. Starting and growing companies has always been a passion of mine, but eXp Realty has been a true game changer for me and my team. I am fortunate to have realized eXp's vision of allowing agents to share in the wealth of the company they helped grow. A little about me: I have been in the real estate and mortgage business for almost forty years. I’ve had the experience of being the sole proprietor of my own mortgage and real estate companies, and as an area manager of a successful mortgage banking company. I have supervised offices throughout the DC metropolitan area, as well as other regions in the country. My experience in the mortgage banking field, coupled with my knowledge of the real estate industry, has afforded me an unique opportunity of being well-rounded in both industries. In addition to training mortgage loan officers for over 33 years, I have been educating real estate agents in my firm One Stop Real Estate School for 15 years. I was the Designated Managing Broker for eXp Realty - an international real estate company. My team and I have been achieving award winning results in my region that covers the entire state of Virginia, and its 1,600 agents and brokers. I received the Manager of the Year award, Million Dollar and Top Producers awards in all of the preceding years. I am well-versed in my fields of expertise, including mortgage banking and residential and commercial sales, leasing and lending. I taught Principles of Real Estate and the Brokers pre-licensing courses for Virginia. In addition, I possess over 20+ years of experience as a REO Broker. I have sold properties for Freddie Mac, Indy Mac, Single Source Properties, Keystone Best and Nations REO as well as all of the major US Banks, listing and selling residential and commercial real estate.
