About Guy Baker

Guy Baker has worked in many facets of the IT/IS industry over the past 28 years. He started out as a dBase and FoxPro developer, moved into the IT world supporting IT integrations for acquisitions and returned to the developer role creating web applications and workflows for SharePoint and Google Apps Suite. Along the way Guy participated in large network and desktop service desk management tool integrations and most recently signed on with Beyond20 the premiere ITSM, ITIL and DevOps consulting firm in the country. As a full-time Solutions Consultant, Guy is helping transform IT organizations through his primary role as a ITSM Tool Developer by providing a solid foundation to assist each client in maximizing its potential both inside and outside of IT. He has also revolutionized the Cherwell Service Management platform by creating internal API integrations to "Step Through Business Objects" allowing data driven solutions for clients that are scalable at the enterprise level.
