Bachelor Degree from Michigan State University in Building Construction Management with hands on experience with construction project civil engineering. I have also been a Mechanical Contractor Project Estimator, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Primavera Project Scheduler and National Corporate Safety Director for Union Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Steam Fitter Contractor, Manage and Direct the Risk Management Program along with the Third Party Claims Administrator. I have had several positions as Regional/National Corporate Safety Director with Construction Rental Company, Curtainwall Contractor and National Deleading/Painting Contractor Directing the Corporate Health and Safety Program, Risk Management Program, Fleet Safety Program. Additionally I have served as a Loss Control Manager with the Commonwealth of Virginia and Loss Control Manager in the Mid Atlantic Region with local insurance agency. Also served as a Regional Fleet Safety Manager and Corporate Safety Director/Risk Manager with local Fortune 100 food manufacturer. I have as a Loss Control Specialist for a Mid Atlantic Region Commercial Insurance carrier where I provided: Risk Management Services; Loss Prevention Services; Underwriting guidance; OHSA/DOT compliance and training assistance with my assigned insureds in VA/DC/MD. My advanced education as a Board Certified Safety Professional, Associate Safety Professional, Board Certified Hazardous Materials Manager-Master Rated, Certified Safety Specialist with the World Safety Organization and Certified Safety Specialist with North American Transportation Management Institute. Most recently I have completed "The Institutes" Associate in Risk Management (ARM) program of these Risk Management courses and now proudly display the ARM certification on my signature line I am currently pursuing the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designation.
