About Guy Chason

With over 40 years of experience in construction equipment technology and civil engineering, I've witnessed firsthand the impact that technology has on communities. At SITECH, we’re bringing digital technology to the forefront of civil engineering and arming construction industry experts with insights in order to be more effective. My career journey began as a ranch hand, where I learned the value of hard work and dedication. I was drawn to big engines and wanted to figure out how things worked. This curiosity about machines led me to my role as a Service Foreman at Ringhaver Equipment Company. I was lucky enough to have leaders invest in my growth, and I firmly believe that investing in people is the key driver of business growth. My success today is attributed to hiring the right people and helping develop and execute on their innate skills. As a dreamer who likes to think big, I'm energized by the possibilities ahead and eager to collaborate with like-minded individuals to shape the industry's future trajectory and leave a legacy for generations to come. When I’m not working, you can find me mentoring young people both personally and professionally and building fine wood furniture.
