Kamal consolidates information from all key systems—CRM, payroll, finance, marketing—into one platform to deliver real-time visibility on performance, productivity, and profitability. It’s designed by recruiters, for recruiters, and built to turn insight into growth. Prior to Kamal, I was the Group Managing Director of Potentia & Crew, New Zealand’s largest locally owned technology recruitment agency and proud recipient of Outstanding Agency – Up to 40 Staff at the 2024 RCSA Awards. I was also honoured to be named the RCSA Recruitment Leader of the Year in 2024. I’ve spent nearly 12 years in recruitment—across both global firms and boutique agencies—always with a strong belief that data should sit at the centre of decision-making. At Potentia, we embedded modern data practices into the business, which dramatically improved transparency and allowed us to pinpoint what really drives success in agency recruitment. With a background in data recruitment and a long-standing passion for the analytics space, I saw an opportunity to elevate the entire industry by going beyond the traditional view of recruitment data as just "KPIs". That’s what led to the creation of Kamal—a product that gives agency leaders clarity and confidence in their numbers.
