About Guy Dipierro

Guy DiPierro is the Chief Operating Officer and Founder of Indapta Therapeutics, a San Francisco, Houston and Seattle-based biotechnology company. With co-founders from Stanford and UC Davis, the company is developing and commercializing a proprietary, off-the-shelf, natural killer (NK) cell therapy to treat multiple types of cancer. DiPierro offers over 16 years of experience founding, building and attracting global talent to specialty pharmaceutical companies and has raised over $102M in funding. Recognized as the inventor on 11 granted U.S. patents and 36 pending global patents, he is lauded as an innovative, results-driven leader focused on driving the next evolution of cancer therapy through Indapta’s universal natural killer (NK) cell therapy. He has secured over $8.6M from the National Cancer Institute in non-dilutive SBIR, STTR and commercialization grants. Prior to founding Indapta Therapeutics, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of AMGI Capital. He was also the founder and driving force behind Chrono Therapeutics, which developed a paradigm shift in addiction treatment. A former attorney, Guy worked in corporate M&A and technology licensing at both Sidley Austin and Hogan and Hartson, where he represented Columbia University to create, incubate and fund companies based on new in-house technologies. DePierro’s transition from the corporate world into biotech came after he lost a family member to cancer.
