Proven track record and expertise in leading teams, and in programme management of change over more than a decade, creating impetus for change at executive level, and of guiding the strategy for implementation. Currently leading the corporate Health & Safety academy, supporting the health & safety function and business needs worldwide. Based on vast experience of change management and profound knowledge of lean, Guy is able to assess needs and scope at all organisation levels, from business units to operational teams, quickly identifying key improvement metrics, and accurate current status based on data. He can then identify key levers and strategies to create significant performance improvements and sustainable new ways of working, with the ability to engage at an executive level, whilst retaining ability to demonstrate and train the organisation 'how to', at an operational level.
