Guy Doherty is a fully qualified and licensed Estate Agent and Valuer. He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (S.C.S.I.) and has been a practicing Estate Agent and Valuer since 2003 after qualifying from D.I.T. in Auctioneering, Valuations & Estate Agency (A.V.E.A.). Guy is a Senior Negotiator in the Sutton branch of Sherry Fitzgerald looking after areas like Howth, Sutton, Raheny, Baldoyle, Donaghmede, Bayside, & Coolock. He spent his first four years working for DNG in Dublin City Centre and West Dublin, before going on to work for another Estate Agency in West Dublin. Guy had been working with Noel Kelly Auctioneers since 2012 in North Dublin and primarily looked after Residential Sales and Lettings as well as New Homes Sales with an outstanding track record in all areas of North Dublin. His local knowledge and expertise in the residential property market in North Dublin is second to none. Furthermore, he is a family man living locally and grew up in Howth & later Malahide. He has proven himself to be an extremely likeable, energetic and competent property professional. He is a fastidious time keeper and is always punctual and polite. He has a real passion for photography which is evident in the attention to detail he puts into marketing each and every property he sells.
