My name is Guy Even, I have a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing. I’m regarded as one of the leading marketing, digital and innovation expert in the Israeli market. My expertise includes: marketing, branding, leading omni channel abilities, digital transformation & innovation, data driven management, e-commerce, creative & innovative marketing, advanced use of media channels. Apart from the vast management experience I have accumulated so far, I regard myself as a pioneering and leading strategic manager, devoted to outcomes and achievements. I have performed each one of my past and current positions successfully and have been acclaimed for my management talents. From 2021 till 2023 I carried the role of marketing, digital and innovation vp (cmo) at “Melisron” one of the biggest real estate companies in Israel that operates 18 leading malls across Israel. My roll included leading the digital transformation of the company, building Omni channel capabilities and director in charge of e-commerce activities working with “Groo” a subsidiary of the company that operates and develops large scale e-commerce operation. From 2016 - 2021 I’m worked at “Shufersal Ltd”, the largest retail company in Israel with a 15 billion NIS turnover. My last position was Head of Marketing & Digital, leading all marketing activities and also leading the e-commerce - the biggest e-commerce web site in Israel with 3 billion NIS turnover. My former position at Shufersal, was Chief of staff of the commerce & marketing division. From 2009 till Nov' 2016, I worked at the "Alon Group", that was the largest retail group in Israel. I was chosen to take part in the group's Talent program for exceptional managers. My last role in the group was marketing and digital vp (cmo), leading the marketing department of "Mega" company, that was the second largest food retailer in Israel, as a board member, together with leading the digital & e-commerce activities, all additional to a role as Ceo of "You" loyalty club-"YOU" loyalty program and credit card, was Israel's largest customer club."YOU" was an independent business unit which served 15 various chains and 1.5 million customers. The CEO's part is a challenging and a complex task consisting of multi interfaces with senior functions. In the past, I carried out various management roles, among them, being the marketing manager of a leading Israeli non- profit healthcare organization,"Clalit" responsible for 1200 clinics and 14 hospitals.
