Hi, I’m Guy Gabay — an Information Systems Engineer and Senior SAP HCM/HR Consultant with over a decade of experience helping organizations optimize and digitalize their human capital management processes. Since 2011, I’ve been leading and delivering SAP HCM projects, specializing in core HR, personnel administration, organizational management, time management, and payroll integration. I bring a holistic view that bridges business needs with technological solutions, ensuring that SAP implementations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals. Currently, I’m also pursuing a Master’s degree in the Software and Information Systems Engineering (SISE) Department, specializing in Cyber Space Security, where I’m deepening my expertise in cryptography, security engineering, and deep learning — combining theoretical foundations with practical applications in modern cybersecurity. Before entering the private sector, I served as a Captain in the IDF for 6.5 years, where I developed strong leadership, operational, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments — a foundation that continues to shape my professional approach today. I’m passionate about connecting systems, people, and processes — and always open to networking, collaboration, and exploring how emerging technologies can enhance HR and cybersecurity domains.
