I am a Servant Leader who gains energy encouraging and witnessing those around me to Be Their Best. Not mine, not yours, but their best. I am an accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience inside and outside of government covering multiple industries and agencies. I have earned a Master of Science conducting data network research under Dr BJ Gleason. I am a certified and practicing cyber security expert specializing in building exceptional teams to defend and protect our Nation. I have earned and maintain the Project Management Institutes (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as the ISC(2) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications. I am Mission Oriented. I am a information security expert experienced in full-stack enterprise security architectures both public and private. I am a skill leader who has both built enterprise systems that are FISMA conformant to include FedRAMP, CIS compliant, and have separately audited both public and private enterprise systems. I've built some of the largest data networks, in some of the harshest environments, that have protected lives and enabled entire communities to be rebuilt after disasters. I've been blessed to supervised highly successful teams both in government and industry to accomplish strategic and agile tactical goals. Both in subzero and intense heat, I have consistently delivered on promises while maintaining focus on the mission. I have been blessed with career accomplishments that include authoring and speaking on various topics related to technology and business. I am by state and federal courts as a technology expert having been called to serve as an expert witness. I am a serial mentor having stood on the shoulders of giants myself. As a speaker I enjoy hearing the passion of others who are running towards the danger with a dedicated goal of helping other people.
