About Guy Isacar

A product leader and UI/UX Specialist with over 10 years of experience that started his career in UX design, bringing in lots of energy and passion for helping startups build impactful products. I take a methodical and data-driven approach to product development that's built around a creative core and customer obsession. Today, as GlobeKeeper’s VP Product & Design, I helped transform the company’s Virtual Command Platform technology into a new application that helps communities keep themselves safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, until recently I was a senior product designer for eToro, a social trading and brokerage company, where I focused on mobile product development and creating an intuitive trading experience. Prior to that, I worked with Convexum before they were acquired by ‘NSO group’ for $60M, helping build their counter-drone solution for detection and mitigation of drone intrusions. I also led product design at OverOps, building a next gen developer tools that help enterprises build reliable applications and improve developer productivity. Defining UX workflows, from the initial research phase, through the product specifications, mock-ups, testing and design - continuously refined by user data and feedback. I also worked as a digital art director, leading a team of designers, taking on projects from initial concept to finish. Creating and presenting for some of the biggest companies in Israel, including Orange, Tnuva, Oracle, Fox, Wisotzky, Israel Discount Bank, and more. I like to focus on the connection between developers and design, the importance of involving everyone in the design process which I find critical for building customer-centric products. In addition, I’ve been speaking at conferences with Google, the Technion and IDC Herzliya. I’m always open to more community involvement and enjoy mentoring in hackathons, accelerators and all kinds of events. My core belief is that digital products are an inseparable part of everyone’s lives so as a product leader, delivering value in every interaction is my unbreakable commitment.
