I have exceptional communications skills and extensive experience in gathering, uploading, and analysing data. Certified in GDPR Essentials and use of Google Analytics; currently studying for an additional certificate in the use of Excel for data analysis. My achievements and areas of expertise include: DATA ANALYSIS • Analysed Hestia customer feedback for first half of 2022, producing report for the senior leadership team to identify key areas for improvement. • Make regular use of Hestia’s bespoke database software for uploading and finding data. DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY • Certified in GDPR Essentials via Open Door Learning Platform. • My current role gives me access to customers’ confidential records, including health and financial information, and I therefore have to ensure this data is kept securely. COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS • Completely revised Hestia’s policies and procedures regarding keyholding, property access, and missing persons, checking for accuracy and clarity as well as adherence to the latest official guidelines. • Developed publicity materials highlighting actions Hestia had already taken in response to customer feedback. • Work at Hestia involves both independent and team working. • Spent three years volunteering for a homeless charity, interacting with people suffering from a variety of social and mental difficulties.
