I thrive in situations where customer interface is key whether interacting with them directly myself or managing a team of people who do. I have built and managed highly skilled, nimble, successful global teams tasked with delighting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Having been on both the pre and post sales side of the business, I am equally comfortable in scenarios of winning a new customers, maintaining and growing existing customers, or escalations where the need is to restore confidence and satisfaction. I am passionate about cultivating relationships that result in customers for life and the success of my colleagues on the job. Craft Beverage Ambassador/Taproom Manager/Brewer/Mead Maker I began home brewing beer in 1990 and making mead in 1992 in Alabama due to a lack of interesting and tasty craft beverage options available at the time. I started out with a small enamel pot doing extract brewing with partial boils and gradually built my home brewery and meadery through DIY projects and equipment acquisitions over the years. I moved it as my job in high tech took me to Florida, North Carolina, and eventually to Colorado. I now brew all grain ales and lagers and meads of all kinds on my three level stainless half-barrel brewing system, all from my own recipe formulations. I also make wine and soda in my home brewery. I spent a lot of time as both a customer and volunteer before working in the industry and I have a true passion for sharing my love of great craft beverages. In addition, my global multi-cultural management experience in high tech makes me an ideal candidate for people management.
