I have an extensive history in managing avionics work centers in the performance of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on both classified and unclassified MH-60R computer systems, to include, IFF, APS-153 Multi-mode Radar, ARC-210 Radios, Link-16, ARQ-58/59 Hawklink and related equipment. Curriculum Development/Master Training Specialist experience-Led 21 Course Supervisors and 180 Instructors in the development and routine management of 118 aviation maintenance courses through the performance of Formal Course Reviews, Safety Reviews, and verification/implementation of Recommendations of Change submitted by instructors and stakeholders-Managed the curriculum development sections of a $2.2B acquisition project for the Indian Navy by assembling a team of five MH-60R/S maintenance SMEs to coordinate the tailoring of 1,138 hours of curriculum across 11 courses, ensuring alignment with requirements set forth by the U.S. Foreign Military Sales program-Pivotal in the management of $1.2B in curriculum development and revision contracts between CNATT HQ, PMA 205, Sonalysts, Solers and Carly Corporations.
