About Guy Norton

I am a Senior Director responsible for leading a Business Unit of 130 talented professionals providing a range of consultancy services across 200+ projects, including project and cost management, joint venture procurement, retrofit, and façade remediation for major public and private sector clients in the UK. I began my career in the UK Construction Industry in as a Building Surveyor and Project Manager delivering residential led developments for Local Authorities, G15 Housing Associations and private clients. Over the years, my experience has expanded to include listed buildings, commercial offices, retail, hotels and leisure, later living, mixed use, and industrial structures. I am part of the Property & Investment Leadership Team and responsible for the growth of the Property London Business Unit to support Arcadis’ global strategy and deliver sustainable and innovative solutions to our clients. In addition, I am a proud supporter of CRASH Charity, acting as its Projects Advisor since March 2017 and appointed as a Trustee in February 2024. I have attended over 50 project visits with CRASH across the UK providing Homelessness and Hospice Charities with valuable advice and guidance on their construction projects.
