Guy is one of those people that you instantly feel comfortable around. As a professional photographer, he uses his naturally calm demeanor to create a safe space while looking through his lens. With an upbringing in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East he grew into a world citizen. A modern-day nomad. His longing for an equal world is deeply rooted. Intrigued and curious by the unfamiliar Guy found a passion in photography. After the academy and assisting various photographers he started to cross borders. As the years passed, he gained a vast amount of experience in different fields of photography. Guy does not shy away from a challenge. He aims to witness people and their cultures while capturing them in all of their beauty. Believing that diversity is to be celebrated Guy is always on a hunt for the human aspect, the unpolished, the paradox. People in their natural habitat form an inspiration in many of his projects. Currently based in Amsterdam his everlasting lust for travel and adventure remains unsilenced. Guy has a sharp eye for detail, light, and composition, without losing sight of the bigger picture. Fluently interacting with whoever is on the other side of the camera. All to find that moment of pure openness and soul, sometimes piercing through no longer than a second.
