An experienced Project Director and Project Manager with a primary focus on regeneration, development, placemaking, strategic asset management and stock rationalisation working with sector leading Registered Providers and property consultancy. Lead Director responsible for notable London mixed use regeneration projects at Clapham Park (+2,500 homes), West Hendon homes), Westhorpe Gardens - London's first estate regeneration ballot (250 homes) and MTVH Strategic Asset Management Plan. Wealth of experience gained in both Client and Consultant environments. Applied project management, development and building surveying skills in various environments and locations such as Afghanistan, Germany, Gibraltar and Northern Ireland. Co-opted Board Member and member of Audit Committee at North London Muslim Housing Association, a local housing provider providing over homes in 5 boroughs in North London. Member of NHF London Development Group and Lambeth Housing Partnership. During 2013 recognised as one of 24Housings National Young Leaders Under 30.
