I am an engineering and manufacturing leader with a successful track record of robust product delivery. I am recognized as a professional with exceptional planning and execution skills. I remain determined to achieve objectives regardless of complexity in often scope evolving and challenging environments using both strategic and hands on management styles. Product and Engineering Delivery: I have delivered multiple products within Cost, Quality and Time targets. I utilize lean product development processes and simulation tools to minimize wasted effort and resources in the development cycle. Continuous Improvement: I have developed a toolbox of robust, lean product development and lean manufacturing techniques which focus on design for manufacturing, reliability and achievement of all targets (particularly cost targets). Manufacturing: I have detailed knowledge and DFM experience of most manufacturing and assembly processes for metal, plastic, electrical and electronic parts. I have implemented lean manufacturing to great success. Strategic Thinker: I actively contribute to the development of company, product, process and technology roadmaps including the identification of contributing skills, research and resource requirements. I have forged strong relationships with university partners and leveraged government funding for research activities.
