I have worked in the food & beverage industry for over 35 year, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in both retail sector and corporate hospitality arena. I have lead at a number of High profile operations in Northwest England, starting my career with Granada Entertainment at Granada Studios Tour as bar manager and promoted to Catering Manager within 4 years, leading the service delivery for Retail and Corporate Hospitality catering. Followed by a move to the Manchester’s Prestige Town hall taking the role of Catering service manager, responsible for all Manchester City Council’s high profile events such as, Commonwealth games VIP closing ceremony, Labour party conference 2007, Queens Visit 2007, and leading the team to being awarded World class service 2 years running. Moving to SMG - Venue Cymru, North Wales. To take up the management of this High profile Conference & Banquet & Theatre venue as Head of Bars & Catering. Moving to Liverpool fc, to take up a role as assistant commercial hospitality manager, moved internally to Retail Catering Manger, then move on to Destination Anfield Events Manager and now looking after retail catering, Licencing and Anfield Road Catering Development,+ anything else the VP of Operations throws at me.
