In my role as a Process Engineer with a focus on heavy industry, I have had the privilege of working in the field of phosphate mining and processing, currently lending my expertise to ICL Oron. My efforts are centered around improving processes throughout the entire production chain. Key Competencies:My approach involves applying advanced techniques to enhance the efficiency of phosphate extraction and production processes.Drawing from a background in chemical engineering, I work on designing and implementing robust processes.Specializing in flotation, I navigate the complexities to separate valuable apatite from less desirable materials such as calcite. Professional Experience:At ICL Oron, improvements in our processes have led to a significant increase in productivity, more than doubling compared to previous figures, all while saving operating costs.Our ability to improve the concentration of P2O5 between the raw material and the final product has seen a significant improvement and today it sometimes reaches up to 11%. Data-Driven Approach:I often utilize Excel for data analysis and modeling to inform decision-making. Proficient in Excel formulas, I use them for process simulations, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
