Originally from Oxford, England, my 13 year career in the pharma industry has largely focused on pre and post launch brand development development. My background in anthropology means that i retain a special interest in the drivers of human behavior and adopting the principles of ethnography in a range of patient methodologies. Innovation and creativity are important to me but market research is only as good as the recommendation it delivers and I focus care and attention on conveying customer insight in a clear, concise manner that is actionable. Moderating (particularly with patients) is a passion and I very much enjoy building rapport and making each interview fresh and new for respondents (even at 10pm on a Friday night!).
