About Guy Toksoy

As a 3PL executive with over 25 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, I'm a team builder recognized for my ability to effectively and tactfully collaborate across different functional groups, break down silos, and tap into the potential in people to solve the difficult business challenges we face in our daily lives. I've had numerous client engagements that have helped me learn and grow, both personally and professionally, in a variety of industry segments such as omni-channel retail, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, automotive, industrial, high-tech, oil and gas. I was fortunate enough to work with these diverse customer groups in domestic and international supply chain settings, which gave me a unique mix of knowledge and experience while providing me with the opportunity for a steady path of career progression. Throughout my business journey, I've held strategy and leadership positions in solutions engineering and in operations, including large-scale ecommerce fulfillment, B2B warehousing, value-added services, as well as dedicated and outsourced transportation management. I believe leaders are only as effective as the quality of the team they surround themselves with, and as such, I'm a steadfast advocate of diversity and belonging in the workplace. I enjoy being a formal and informal employee mentor and sharing my experiences and journey with others who have made the commitment to pursue a career in the 3PL world.
