This enables me to establish business insight and innovation, confirm business strategy, design new services, develop new operating models and manage the design, delivery and embedding of business and digital transformation programmes. Successfully delivered over eighty programmes and projects resulting in new business solutions with associated efficiency and economy benefits, based on the integration of strategy with the people, process and technology components of change. Experience of portfolio, programme and project management, business and solution architecture, business models, business process design, organisational design, change management, Waterfall and Agile methods and the ICT DevOps lifecycle. Notable Projects • Designed a new Research and Innovation Target Operating Model for UCL and delivered the associated operational, cultural and ICT change programme to create a new Research and Innovation Services Division. • Led DIO’s Business Design team for the MOD’s Infrastructure System Operating Model which defines the governance and processes for Defence’s £3.3bn p.a. of delegated Infrastructure budgets. • Established a B2B support service for the national infrastructure and meter installers at DCC to troubleshoot connection issues whilst installers are on site to avoid the need for repeat visits. • Led a team of Business, Data and Technical Architects to create the Target Operating Model for TV licensing; transformation programme delivered increased revenue, reduced costs, enhanced reputation and improved service continuity.
